German Hitler Youth Dagger 'Anton Wingen Jr.'

In a very nice condition a German Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend) Dagger.
The first pattern dagger comes in a nice used condition and has the motto 'Blut und Ehre' readable on the blade.
The gripplates are the early checkered Bakelite type. They are in good condition, being retained by bronze rivets with dressed obverse heads. The enamel HJ insignia is in good condition throughout.
The blade of this knife is a uncleaned example. This blade is the early-period type. The reverse of the blade is marked with Logo by Anton Wingen Jr.(Gloriawerk) from Solingen”.
The scabbard shell has the original black paint for 95%. Attached to the scabbard is a leather hanger that is maker marked by 'L&S' and still in a supple condition.
A very nice dagger with traces of use.
