US WW2 Captured Military Items Certificate

In a very good condition a US WW2 Captured Military Items Certificate on the name of T/4 Wayne N. Reidenauer who collected these artifacts and want to send home.
Wayne was a member of the 128th Ord. Maint. Bn.

The 128th Ordnance Maintenance Company—later reorganized as the 128th Armored Ordnance Maintenance Battalion—was a vital logistical unit assigned to the U.S. 6th Armored Division during World War II. Activated in 1942, the battalion operated across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, performing crucial duties such as repairing M4 Sherman tanks, recovering vehicles, and maintaining heavy ordnance near the front lines.
