Dutch Announcement Leaflet 'Stolen Goods'

In a good condition a Dutch Announcemnet leaflet of the Dutch town of Lobith.
The leaflet contains the message that all items that was stolen by the Germans from foreign countries must be collected.
The leaflet is dated 23 October 1946 and is signed by the mayor of Lobith.
