US WW2 M42 Paratrooper Reinforced Jumpjacket

In a very nice condition a US WW2 M-1942 Paratrooper Jumpjacket.
The jacket comes in a very good mannequin size of 34 and comes with the laundrynumber and other markings on the inside from the previous owner.
The jacket has traces of wear and age what makes it a very nice 'been there' jacket.
The breast pockets and one of the lower pockets have a original reinforced sewing as done in the early days of the war.
These early type of reinforcement was a lesson from the italian campaign because of quick damage /cutting when carrying heavy equipment like grenades, magazines etc inside the pouches.
The jumpjacket comes with functional zippers made by Conmar and a new attached belt.
A very stunning and hard to find jumpjacket as used by the 82nd Airborne and 101st Airborne Division during there Italian, France and Holland operations.
