German WH M42 SD Combat Helmet 'Battle of the Bulge'

In a very good condition a German WH M42 Single Decal Combat Helmet.
The helmet comes in a stunning large size 68 with a size 60 liner.
The liner is original attached to the helmet shell and never taken out.
The helmet is maker marked by NS (Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke AG, Schwerte) and has a hard to read production number.
The helmet is nicely named inside the rim and also on the lining by a soldier called 'Tegeler' (4).
The helmet comes with the original chinstrap attached and also a letter of a US army veteran that found the helmet in the Belgium Ardennes.
The helmet shell has on the outside the Wehrmacht (Heer) Decal for 90% and also traces of white wash.
A very stunning helmet with a story! Sadly no name of the veteran.
