US WW2 M1 327th Glider Infantry Regiment Decal Helmet Shell

In a very good condition and extreme hard to find a US WW2 M1 Combat Helmet shell of the 327th Glider Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division.
The helmet is a very nice early Mc Cord made Fixed bale helmet in the original paint and with the chinstraps.
The helmet comes with the original wartime applied clubs decals on the sides of the 3th battalion (tick at 9 o'clock) 327th GIR. (also indicating use in Normandy and Holland campaigns because of the large and small clubs decals)
It has on the reverse side also the NCO bar as used by a Non Commisioned Officer.
The helmet shell has further some stunning scrapnel damage to the shell that gaves some dents to it.
On the chinstrap is the laundrynumber of the NCO present '1894' and that way a stunning research project also.
A very stunning combat used helmet of one of the 101st Airborne Division members!
