US WW2 M2 D-Bale Paratrooper Helmet

In a very good condition a extreme hard to find US WW2 Paratrooper D-Bale Helmet.
The helmet comes in a used condition with the liner as found in a US household.
The M2 helmet comes with one original D-bale loop (field reinforced) and one renewed D-bale loop.
Nice to see is the the old loop 'bale feets' still stands inside the helmet and clearly has the size of the D-bale radius.
The helmet comes with a postwar (Korean era 1946-1951) paratrooper liner made by Firestone with one damaged A-Joke.
The helmet shell comes with a stunning original paint and has traces of camo net/ wire on the whole outside of the helmet.
This makes a great and original combat look!
The helmet liner has some postwar written markings on the outside.
A very stunning hard to find D-Bale helmet that has seen action for sure.
Sadly not named but a great early paratrooper example!
