US WW2 M1 KIA Helmet with Battle Damage
In a very nice condition a U WW2 M1 Helmet with battle damage.
The helmet shell is complete with the original attached lining.
The helmet shell has on the side a schrapnell inpacked that goes trough the front.
The helmet shell has also the original paint with a unknown decal on the front.
The backside of the helmet has still traces of an NCO bar.
The liner is made by MSA and comes without the webbing and a early postwar repair on the outside of the shell.
A very stunning battle damage set from a probably killed in action soldier.
The helmet was found in the normandy region!
