Signature of Wehrmacht Heer KC Recipient 'Theodor Busse'

In a very nice condition a hard to find signature of Wehrmacht General der Infantrie Theodor Busse.
Theodor was an officer in WW1 and commanded the 9th Army at the end of the War in the ruines of Berlin!
Theordor earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on January 30, 1944 as Generalleutnant und Chef des Generalstabes of the Heeresgruppe Süd.
