British WW1 Named Officer Cap 'Albuhera Middlesex Regiment'

In a very nice condition a British WW1 Named Officer Cap of Major R. D. Bennet of the 'Albuhera Middlesex Regiment'.
The cap comes in a very good headsize and has sadly the chinstrap missing.
Inside the cap is the label with the name of Major Bennett.
The cap comes with light traces of moth damage but not many.
inside the lining is the maker of the cap also marked.
The front of the cap has the original applied insignia of the 'Albuhera Middlesex Regiment'.
A very hard to find named set of this regiment.

Part of the journal of the Middlesex regiment 'Die Hards':
We suffered great sorrow on December 19, 1958 by
the death of Major R. D. Bennett, a very old friend
of many in the elder generation. He was a most amus
ing companion, full of wit, and able to cheer a mess
table.
Bom on October 6, 1886, he first came to us
on August 29, 1906. He retired on January 26,
1932, and had lived many years in a lovely old farm
house, Tytherley Manor, near Axminster in Devon.
