German KM Certificate War Merit Cross with Swords 'Gustav Kleikamp Signed

In a very good condition a German Kriegsmarine Certificate War Merit Cross with Swords on the name of Matrosenobergefreiter Wilhelm Jacobs.
The certiificate is issued and signed in september 1944 by Vize Admiral Gustav Kleikamp.

From March 1943 until the end of 1944, Kleikamp, having been promoted to Konteradmiral and ultimately Vizeadmiral, served as Kommandierender Admiral in den Niederlanden.
