In a very good condition a stunning Canadian WW2 Blood Transfusion Kit, Serum Adminstration Set.
The kit comes in the typical tin can and has on the inside the manual and a complete blood transfusion set still in the original paper.
These transfusion kits were issued to the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps and were also used by the British Army.
