German Third Reich Pennant

In a very good condition a German Third Reich Pennant.
The pennant (bycicle or Car) comes in a size of approx 25x35cm and has on both sides the swastika printed to the red linnen inside the round circle.
The pennant comes with stamps of the DRL ("Deutsches Reichsabzeichen für Leibesübungen") and some waffen-SS berlin 14 stamps.
These SS stamps we are not sure these are ww2 period stamped.
