US WW2 Grouping of Captain Donald H. Wilkins, Divisional Dental Sorgeon 2nd Armored Division
In a very good condition a stunning large grouping of Captain Donald H. Wilkins, Divisional Dental Sorgeon 2nd Armored Division.
Donald was a Sergeant First Class during WW1 and was a member of the 319th Engineers, 8th Infantry Division stationed in France.
In WW2 he served as a Captain in the 195th AAA (Anti Aircraft Artillery) Battalion, 2nd Armored Division Medical Department as a Dental Sorgeon.
He is mentioned and pictured in the battalion book 'The Tracer'.
This set came directly from the family and contains the following items:
His named service jacket with pants, as used/pictured in the book ''the tracer' on various pictures (insignia is loose with the grouping and can be re-attached completly.
His named A-Class with pants and all original attached insignia and Officer service cap.
Various garrison caps and all are named to Donald.
His WW1 and WW2 dog-tag set.
His named Bronze star medal (postwar version).
Various other medals, insignia, patches and the rare 319th Engineers (non-official) medal of WW1 with certificate.
His named Sorgeon skirt (not on overview picture) and many more as pictured on the overview.
