The bag is dated 1943 and is maker marked by Atlantic Products Company.
It's nicely named to Corporal Arthur H. Magill with ASN number 33351945. Inside are various papers also on the name of Arthur.
Arthur was a member of the 444th-anti-aircraft-artillery-automatic-weapons-battalion.
